Your rental includes access to Five County Stadium tables and chair inventory, linens, AV access, an event manager, catering attendants on-site, cleaning before, during, and after the event, and elevator access. Image / message on the videoboard pending availability. Your event manager can also assist with room layout design tailored to your event’s needs.
Yes, outside approved vendors are allowed. However, you must inform the staff prior to the event, and the vendor will need to comply with any necessary insurance requirements.
Bull City Hospitality is the exclusive caterer for Five County Stadium. No outside food or drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are allowed. If you wish to bring in outside food, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional fees may apply.
Bull City Hospitality offers a menu that accommodates most dietary restrictions. For specific concerns or menu questions, we will work with our culinary team and chef to confirm all needs.
You may access the space up to 2 hours prior to the event for setup. Additional setup time can be arranged for an additional cost.
Our rental rates include up to 4 hours, but more hours can be added for an additional fee.
We offer complimentary parking in the two large gravel lots flanking the stadium.
