Your rental includes access to DBAP tables and chair inventory, linens, AV access, an event manager, catering attendants on-site, cleaning before, during, and after the event, and elevator access. Bull City Hospitality is the exclusive caterer for Durham Bulls Athletic Park. No outside food or drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are allowed. If you wish to bring in outside food, requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and additional fees may apply.

You may access the space up to 2 hours prior to the event for setup. Additional setup time can be arranged for an additional cost.

Requests for appearances by Wool E. Bull at your event can be accommodated, based on his availability and event schedule. Appearance fees will be additional costs to your event.
We offer complimentary parking in a gravel lot located across from the stadium. This lot can accommodate up to 80 cars, based on size and parking. Additional parking is available in three nearby parking decks and street parking is also available near the ballpark.
