Rentals include early access to venue space for set-up and breakdown, access to furniture inventory, linens, power access, and an event manager. Your event manager can also assist with event layout design tailored to your event’s needs.
Yes, outside approved vendors are allowed. However, you must inform the staff prior to the event, and the vendor will need to comply with any necessary insurance requirements.
Catering must be contracted through one of American Tobacco Campus’ preferred vendors. Bull City Hospitality is the exclusive alcohol vendor for American Tobacco Campus.
You may access the space up to 2 hours prior to the event for setup. Additional setup time can be arranged for an additional cost.
Our rental rates include up to 4 hours, but more hours can be added for an additional fee.
Parking is available in three parking decks on property and street parking is also available near the campus. Parking fees can be affected by ATC special events and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
